A very unusual map of the coast of Asia from the Philipines to the Bering Straits and part of Alaska in detail. There is no land and country detail but it shows numerous soundings taken of the degree and direction of slope of the ocean floor. The soundings are concentrated from Japan north to the Bering Straits and across the Pacific in a curve South East from the tip of Kamchatka to the Tropic of Cancer.
