This beautiful engraving shows the pre-Great Fire mediaeval cathedral of St Pauls as viewed from the Thames near Charing Cross. In the foreground boats cross the river, between the busy wharves and mills on the banks. Decorated border, title at lower edge.

A few dark spots, otherwise a crisp and clean engraving. Very good condition. Mounted size: 44 x 40cm.
