Panoramic town view of Braunschweig in the seventeenth century, showing all the main buildings (listed at top left). This town plan was one of many engravings originally published in Merian’s Theatrum Europaeum that were incorporated into later editions of Gottfried’s chronicles.

Slightly darkened fold, left of centre, but clean and crisp impression. Very good condition.
