Wicked caricatures of Hitler and Eisenhower. Hitler is dressed as a Chicago style gangster, in a trilby, double breasted jacket and tie, Eisenhower in a military cap and jacket. This looks like a working proof: On the rear of this unique World War Two cartoon, sketches can be seen through the linen restoration.

Some creases, but expertly restored with linen backing.
