Attractive map of Howakil Island and the surrounding Bay on the Red Sea in Eritrea. Compass point and depth soundings. Henry Salt (1785-1827) was an English artist and diplomat who spent several years in Egypt and Abyssinia in the early years of the nineteenth century.
