Historic map of the Mediterranean coast of Spain divided into the three ancient Roman provinces of Tarragona, Lusitania and Baetica (which now encompasses modern day Portugal). Illustrated cartouche at lower right with title on stone tablet. Antonio Zatta was one of the leading cartographers and publishers of the time, and his distinctive and elegant Atlante Novissimo was one of the most beautifully produced of 18th century atlases.
