An interesting panorama of the city of Dublin from the spire of St Patrick’s Cathedral overlooking Christchurch Cathedral with Dublin Castle behind. On the left, lie the Four Courts on the banks of the River Liffey which runs into the Irish Sea. Brewer was commissioned by The Graphic to do many of the well known city panoramas that were published as a supplement to the magazine.
