A beautiful view from overlooking hills of this Swiss city, known in French as Bienne and in German as Biel. The town of Nydauw is labelled in the background, whilst in the foreground two men gesture towards the city spread out before them. Principle buildings in the city are numbered, and along the lower edge their names are given.
