Beautiful and detailed map of India, colour-coded to differentiate between the British Territories, Independent States, and the remaining areas which are under British protection. A descriptive explanation of the ‘Divisions & Component Parts of British India and it’s Dependencies’ is included. Title and scale at top-right. The area of Thibet is left blank except for a few towns, lakes and rivers.

Good condition, closed tear at bottom of centrefold, and small closed tear just to the right of the centrefold.
