A detailed map of old and new Castille and Estremadura. Nolin was a French geographer, publisher and engraver who, after training under Poilly, began specialising in geographical works becoming ‘geographe du duc d’Orleans’ in 1694, and ‘geographe du roi’ in 1701.

Good condition. Small brown mark just within image at bottom. Top right corner border has been replaced affecting about 1cm width and 3cm vertically into image.
