From the edition of 200. Signed, dated and inscribed E.d.A by Lynn Chadwick in pencil lower right. Publisher’s blindstamp lower left. Lynn Chadwick was born in London in 1914. He began his sculpture career producing mobiles. He won the International Sculpture Prize and the Venice Biennale in 1956. Although best known as a sculptor Chadwick was also an accomplished printmaker and his work can be seen in both the Tate and the Museum of Modern Art.
